The 1.25 by .25 inch bar & chain is made of high quality Surgical Grade 316L Stainless Steel which will not tarnish and is laser engraved so it will not fade. This bracelet looks great worn on its own or layered up with your other favorite bracelets!

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST SIZE:
Take a snug / tight measurement of your actual wrist in inches with a soft measuring tape between your hand and your wrist bone. You can also use a string and then measure the length of the string against a ruler. I suggest adding a 1/2 inch to your wrist measurement and ordering that size, unless you would like is looser or tighter. For example, my wrist measures 6.25 inches, so i would order a 6.75 inch length.
